(PCAL) that during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20th June 2024, the shareholders has endorsed the rights issue at the ratio of 3:5 ( three shares for every five shares held) at Nu. 15 per share. However, the rights issue is subject to approval from the Rights Issue Committee.
